You will also be asked for:
Auto -
Name, dates of birth, social security numbers, tickets, accidents,
claims (even $0 paid claims) for all drivers for the past five years. Vehicle
identification numbers or specific vehicle models for all vehicles to be
insured. Distance you drive to and from work.
Home -
Names, dates of birth, social security numbers, claims (even
$0 paid claims) in the past three years. Year built, square footage, number of
baths, and other features of your home.
If your home is over 25 years old, have you updated your plumbing,
heating, or electrical systems? How old is your roof?
Do you have any guns, jewelry, antiques or collectibles. Coverage is
limited on the standard home owners policy so you may want to increase
your coverage for these items.
Business -
Name of business, sole proprietor, partnership or corporation. Type of
business and the number of years in business.
